Relaxation and Adventure in Lovely Lake Tahoe
A popular destination all year long, take your sweetheart on a special trip and visit Lake Tahoe, California.
Known for its pristine blue water, Lake Tahoe offers a plethora of activities for those looking for both relaxation and adventure! From hiking along the Tahoe Rim Trail to rafting down the Truckee River, you will never be bored!
Want simply to sunbathe? Visit some of Tahoe’s most famous beaches, including Sand Harbor and Pope’s Beach! Watching the sunset from Zephyr Cove is a must! The sky illuminates with an array of colors as the sun’s last ray highlights the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains. We also suggest taking a sunset cruise on the Tahoe Gal as it circles around the island at Emerald Bay!
For those looking to kick back and enjoy the scenery, a horseback ride through Alpine Meadows is the perfect way to take in the fresh mountain air. After a full day of activity, treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of Tahoe’s most ideal restaurants, Sunnyside. With a sprawling outdoor patio, the view alone will make for the perfect meal!
South Lake Tahoe is the place for upbeat nightlife! Visit the nightclubs and casinos that line the main strip, and take your chance at winning big! Even take a ride up Heavenly’s gondola and see the Lake from the above!

“Sand Harbor does double duty as both a sandy beach and a boulder climbing adventure. We enjoyed it so much we ended up traveling the 3 miles from Incline Village several days during the week we visited.
The smooth sandy beach immediately draws visitors, tempting us to throw down our towels and soak up the glorious sun. But eventually, the same sun forces us into the cool water of Lake Tahoe. The gently sloping sandy bottom allows us to enter the water as quickly or slowly as desired. The first day I visited, the lake was so calm I spied a woman lying out on a raft in the lake, reading a Jodi Poucoult novel! On Saturday, though, there were more boats and skiers out in the lake, and thus more waves at the beach.
Sandy Harbor has several wooden or paved walkways, some with signs describing the lake’s geologic and historic past. There is a small point separating the main beach from the smaller beach that has the boulders, a 5-minute walk between the two. We enjoyed climbing on and jumping off the boulders, though the small sandy areas near the best boulders do not offer much sun-bathing space.” (more…)

Historic Casablanca
Break away from the ordinary and vacation in stunning Casablanca, Morocco!
Be sure to visit the second largest holy building (besides the Mecca), the Mosque of Hassan 11. Built to hold 25,000 worshipers, the size alone will leave you in awe. Next, stop at Old Medina and shop around the marketplace or even visit the Port of Casablanca, an increasingly popular tourist destination with great seafood restaurants. In the mood for a relaxing stroll with a special someone? Take a walk through Parc de la Lique Arabe, and enjoy the garden and its unique landscape.

“This morning we took an interesting city tour that included a walk through the old Central Market where we saw a lot of good looking produce, vegetables, fruits, fish, meats and spices. We also were offered many opportunities too buy everything from watches to clothing from street merchants who were overly persistent. Men dressed up in colorful costumes also tried to getus to have your picture taken with them for a dollar tip. We also walked through the Habbous Quarter, the administrative section of the city , where we saw the exterior of the Law Court and the King’s Palace. The King is young, in his 40’s ,with two young children and only one wife. His main Palace is in the Capital City of Rabat but he has 23 other Palaces in cities around the country for him to stay in when he travels.
One of the most impressive structures we have seen on our trip was another Grand Mosque–the Hassan II Mosque built on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and opened in 1993 at a approx. cost of $1,000,000,000. It is a spectacular house of worship that ingeniously blends traditional Moroccan architecture with the use of ultra sophisticated technology.” (more…)
