Doesn’t this warm, sparklingly clear blue water make you want to leave your day-to-day life behind and just go swimming? Come to Grand Cayman and you can do just that, and more! Located in the famous Cayman Islands, Grand Cayman is known for its stunning coral reefs and luxurious beaches.

Scuba diving and snorkeling are a main attraction here, as Realtravelers Daryl & Nicki Mulder found out. After a whirlwind helicopter tour, they each tried their hand at snorkeling, chronicled in their journal, Leg 3 - Grand Cayman:

“Later on Terry and I went snorkelling. From about 1m into the ocean you start seeing a whole variety of tropical fish. Angel fish, trumpet fish, parrot fish, tarpon, sergeant majors, etc. Quite amazing! Since then we’ve also seen lobster and sting ray while snorkelling!” (more…)
